After you first find the dropped item you need to get 10 calls from her which should occur when you step on the specific tiles. Once you have done that you must call her 50 times. But the places you call her from are random selected from the areas not tiles she called you at. Furthermore, of those 15 locations only of them will you be able to call her from per load of the save file, note that the same location may be used more than once so after a successful call make sure you can't call again.

After making a few calls you need to save and soft reset to regenerate the call areas. After you have called her 50 times, you must wait 1 day and then call her again.
