So I was really excited to return! I can see that it would be or could be fun. It was overwhelmingly overcrowded. Lots of things were out of order,not working or no attendees were present to run the attraction. I understand a business especially right now wanting to make money. If a family chooses to use this facility they are spending money to have fun. So I think a headcount for capacity for the building was way over would be my guess.
Pretty expensive for no more than what we got to do. We have been going to WonderWorks Pigeon Forge,off and on, for several years. Our grandchildren love it
